Yes, that’s possible. You can view your course on your mobile phone or on your tablet or on your desktop computer / laptop.

Sorry you can’t Login. That can be for different reasons with different solutions. By deleting the history and cookies (everything) from your browser, errors with the login data can be removed. It’s also possible that your password is incorrect and you did not receive a notification. After deleting your browser history, you can request a new password via the Login screen by clicking on ‘Password’.

An accidental and common mistake is pressing the wrong button on the login screen. Often ‘Sign up’ is clicked, but ‘Log in’ (black button) is the correct one.

Go to your account by clicking on your name in the header. Navigate to the tab settings. Here you can change your password. Have you lost your password? Then click on login and request a password reset.

After purchasing your course you can start immediately. Navigate to the course page and click on the button on the right side of the page that says “Start Course”.

Yes definitely! All videos have been recorded in HQ. Check if the video player is set to show the video in HQ. The quality of the video depends on your internet speed. If your internet speed is poor the video will be of lower quality. This is to ensure you are able to play the video in the first place. 

No. The videos can only be viewed on ckreative academy. You can watch the videos during your access period, as often as you want!
